TL Design Room – Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose: TL Design Room is a creative learning community for bag makers. By joining, you agree to participate respectfully, learn actively, and follow all group rules and guidelines.

2. Membership: Access is granted to approved members only. Membership is paid and fees are non-refundable. As a member, you can access new tutorials and patterns by paying with highly discounted tokens instead of the official pattern/tutorial price. You cannot share links, videos, materials, patterns, or any other content with non-members of this group.

3. Community Conduct: Be respectful, supportive, and professional in all your interactions. Harassment, hate speech, or rude behavior will not be tolerated. Please keep all discussions relevant to bag-making, design, or creative growth. The admin reserves the right to remove members who violate these rules.

4. Content Ownership: All tutorials, videos, guides, and digital materials shared in TL Design Room are the property of The Leatherpreneur. Members can use tutorials and patterns for personal learning only. You can also sell products you have made from your learnings. Reposting, reselling, or redistributing any content, tutorials or patterns without permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property: Any original designs, templates, or resources shared remain protected by copyright. You may not claim, copy, or reproduce any material as your own work for commercial use.

6. Privacy: Member information is kept confidential and used only for community and learning purposes. Do not share screenshots, private messages, or other members’ information without consent.

7. Disclaimer: TL Design Room is created to provide tutorials and guidance for bag-makers. All projects are tested in-house before they are shared here. Results of your own project may vary depending on your individual skill, effort, and experience. We are not liable for failed projects or losses resulting from the use of contents shared here.

8. Payments & Renewals: Payment must be made in full before access to this room is granted. Tokens needed to access contents can be renewed at any time.

9. Updates & Modifications: These terms may be updated occasionally. Members will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation implies acceptance.
