The ANSEL TRAVEL SLING is a minimalist, compact and lightweight sling bag that is designed for easy wear, convenience and easy access. With its sleek, flat profile, rounded edges and modern aesthetic, this travel sling lays flat on the body and can be conveniently worn even under a coat or an overall. Ansel is designed for both left-handed and right-handed wearers, and it can be worn across the body, over one shoulder. It is the ideal bag for moving your essentials safely when on the go.
Ansel’s finish size has a height of 27cm/101/2”, a length of 19cm/71/2”, and a width of 2.5cm/1”.
Highlights of this pattern include:
• an adjustable shoulder strap that allows for custom fit with anchor points that allows adjustments for wearing across the left or right shoulder.
• main zippered compartment for storing your wallet, phones, and small gadgets
• exterior front pocket for quick-access items like passports, transit cards, earbuds, keys, etc.
• exterior back pocket as a hidden anti-theft compartment for small valuables.
This project is suitable for Confident Beginners as it requires that you are able to use a sewing machine & have good/excellent top-stitching skill. With the right fabric selection, Ansel can be fully made on a domestic sewing machine or an industrial sewing machine.
